Patta and Stussy are teaming up to release a new t-shirt that honors the late Humprey Rietfeld Schmidt, father of Patta co-founder Guillaume Schmidt. The Respect Tee features a photograph of Humprey along with his inspiring words: “Be proud of who you are. Head high, back straight. Walk tall, no one is the boss of you. Give respect to get respect. Be balanced. Amazing.”

In a joint statement, the brands explained, "The Respect Tee is a tribute to the past and a way to inspire current and future generations with a message of resilience and progress."

Proceeds from the t-shirt will support Project Bigi Pondo, a charity dedicated to community upliftment and sustainable development in Surinam.

The Patta x Stussy Respect Tee will be available for purchase on June 3 at 7:00 am ET/ 12:00 pm UK on patta.nl, Patta’s mobile app, and in their stores in Amsterdam, London, Milan, and Lagos.
